T&C Consulting conducts the training for EVNNPT with the following contents:

1. Principles of evaluating with KPI at EVNNPT

–   Overview of the KPI method at EVN và EVNNPT;

–   Change thinking according to the new KPI method.

2. Stages in evaluating with KPI

a. Determine the targets of Departments, affiliates, and individuals

–   Determine the targets for each KPI of Department and Corporation;

–   Determine the targets for each individual based on the Department’s total target.

b. Implement KPI targets and evaluation 

–   Process of implementing KPI targets and some notes;

–   Process of management, monitoring, and evaluating individual KPI performance; ;

–   KPI scoring method;

–   Classification.

3. Monitoring and reporting 

–   Process of developing and summarizing targets;

–   Process of managing, monitoring, and evaluating targets;

–   Reporting.
