Main activities:

• Assess and document the extent to which CRS/VN has achieved the Project’s strategic objectives and contributed to the Project goal (the Project impact);
• Determine major successes and innovations accomplished during the Project’s implementation as well as challenges and lessons learnt;
• Collect feedback from the Project participants on the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Project’s strategies/approaches;
• Analyze the sustainability as well as replicability of the Project’s interventions;
• Give recommendations for CRS/VN and its key implementing partners in terms of linking services to LMS and to strengthen the referral system as well.
