Main activities:
The consultancy services consist of key tasks as follows: (i) Surveying, assessing business activities of the utilities; (ii) Studying development orientations of the utilities; and (iii) Developing the Corporate Development Plan for 2016 – 2020 with perspectives to 2030 for 11 utilities:
- Collect, evaluate and share the information so that the stakeholders to clearly understand the current conditions and operational capacity of the utility;
- Develop the Corporate Development Plan;
- Support the utilities to publicize the draft Corporate Development Plan, collect feedbacks, discuss with related agencies to reach a mutual agreement for a convenient implementation in the future.
