Main activities:
The Consultant is contracted to facilitate Ministry, policymakers, and intermediary body personnel in improving awareness and understanding of the topics and build their capacity to develop appropriate policy on innovation support and funding; and in the design, implementation, and management of innovation funding programmes to improve international competitiveness, generate national economic wealth and create new job opportunities by delivering training modules, coaching for senior staff, roundtables and national seminars on Innovation Policy and funding of innovation.
For details, the training programmes consist of 3 modules:
Module 1- Innovation Support Policy Design and Implementation
Module 2 – Innovation Support Programme Mechanisms
Module 3 – Evaluation and Impact Measurement
