Main activities:
TA team from T&C Consulting consists of three members, including M&E Consultant (MEC), Project Coordinator (PC), and Information Technology Systems Officer (ITSO) that are responsible for delivering three outputs:
- A results-based M&E framework for SEDP 2011–2015;
- Strengthened institutional and functional set up and technical capacity for relevant government officials; and
- A computerized M&E system.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the Project and the successful achievement of expected results, the consultant team reports directly to the Team Leader (expatriate) on their day-to-day duties and responsibilities which include:
- Support the Team Leader with the required administrative and logistical support;
- Recruit and contract other relevant service providers for project actions such as surveys and training as prescribed under the Project and the Inception Report;
- Carry out the procurement of equipment as required under the Project, according to rules and procedures defined in the ADB Procurement Guidelines;
- Carry out and/or oversee surveys and studies as required under the Project;
- Organize, coordinate, and manage all project-related training and workshops;
- Assist with the preparation and submission of all progress and financial reports to ADB and the Government;
- Assist the Team Leader in other project management matters as required.
