– The nature, importance, goals, and principles of work performance management according to KPIs:

HR management and development trends in EVN, EVNNPT;
Change thinking in management and work performance evaluation;
The importance and significance of KPI application at NPTS;
Performance management goals according to KPI;
Principles of performance management according to KPI;
BSC method and its application in determining KPI;
Method for developing the NPTS strategy map (Company level and Center level);
Method for determining KPIs to measure the performance of the objectives in the Strategy map.

– KPI development and application process at NPTS:

Determine KPIs to measure the performance of the objectives in the Strategy map;
Allocate responsibilities for implementing objectives and KPIs according to the roles, functions, and duties of each division;
KPI distribution to each individual according to the responsibilities in the Job Description;
Method for KPI evaluation, classification, and application of KPIs;
Good experience in corporate performance management;
Roles and responsibilities of each factor in work performance management according to KPI.
