- Standardize the organizational structure, reallocate the functions and duties of the departments (if necessary), and define the list of positions and competency standards for all positions;
- Develop, edit, and complete job descriptions for all positions;
- Develop, edit and complete the set of KPIs;
- Guide the assessment process according to the KPI by a management software.
