Main activities:
Package 1: Training on “Think and act as an effective manager in a changing environment” (3/2019):
- Desk review and in-depth interviews with Unicity senior managers for current status and training aspirations;
- Design detailed training programs, contents, and activities;
- Prepare training materials;
- Provides the training to all Unicity senior and middle managers;
- Give recommendations for follow-up activities to improve the quality and effectiveness of work.
Package 2: Training on “Develop HR assessment systems and skills” (12/2019)
- Collect and analyze information related to system status and HR performance assessment at Unicity;
- Discuss with some managers to further understand current issues, as well as expectations for the training course;
- Design a detailed training program with relevant assessment tools for Unicity;
- Provide direct training;
- Guide assessment skills and skills of setting goals for management and evaluation for managers;
- Evaluate training results and recommend the next relevant training contents for Unicity.
