- Review and propose the Center’s organizational structure in accordance with the short-term and long-term development orientation;
- Develop the job titles, job description, and competency requirements (competency framework) for each job title;
- Develop the assessment regulations through the BSC-KPI management system;
- Develop salary regulation;
- Softwareization and training to operate established systems and regulations.
