- Design, complete, and put into operation HRM regulations: Recruitment, Orientation, Placement, Training, Assessment, Development, Appointment, and Salary payment;
- Train, guide, and support Thygesen HR staff and middle managers in HRM activities;
- Chair HR activities in case Thygesen HR staff is absent.
