Main activities:

• Assist VCIC in developing an implementation manual, training documents and materials, and relevant templates related to VCIC’ services of incubation, commercialization, and business acceleration for its clients;
• Build the capacity of VCIC staff, especially the portfolio managers on best incubation, commercialization practices, services, and products so that they can offer high-quality support to client companies;
• Assist VCIC in developing a strategy for the Center to offer fee-based services which will help the Center long-term sustainability. These services will be offered through the e-portal as well as in-person to client companies.
