T&C Consulting conducts training on KPI for NPTS with the following main contents:
– The nature, importance, goals, and principles of work performance management according to KPIs:
- HR management and development trends in EVN, EVNNPT;
- Change thinking in management and work performance evaluation;
- The importance and significance of KPI application at NPTS;
- Performance management goals according to KPI;
- Principles of performance management according to KPI;
- BSC method and its application in determining KPI;
- Method for developing the NPTS strategy map (Company level and Center level);
- Method for determining KPIs to measure the performance of the objectives in the Strategy map.
– KPI development and application process at NPTS:
- Determine KPIs to measure the performance of the objectives in the Strategy map;
- Allocate responsibilities for implementing objectives and KPIs according to the roles, functions, and duties of each division;
- KPI distribution to each individual according to the responsibilities in the Job Description;
- Method for KPI evaluation, classification, and application of KPIs;
- Good experience in corporate performance management;
- Roles and responsibilities of each factor in work performance management according to KPI.
