Main activities:
- Review CDFs from BCI Phase I;
- Assess the establishment of new CDFs and re-activate existing one;
- Orientation/Re-orientation & guidelines for existing and new CDFs;
- Develop the management package of CDFs and training curriculum;
- Provide CDF kits & Software;
- Coach and develop existing CDFs, new CDFs, and communal and district factors;
- Facilitate the operation;
- M&E of CDFs;
- Audits of CDFs.
