Main activities:
1. Support EPTC to finalize the following deliverables:
- Strategy map;
- Set of BSC-KPIs for the Company, Departments, and individuals;
- A process on managing and evaluating the performance at all levels;
- Communication documents and guidance on the application of the regulation.
2. Carry out 2 training courses “Training on awareness of KPI for staff and implementation of KPI system at EPTC”; “Develop and Implement the KPI system at the department and individual levels at EPTC”:
- Help EPTC staff understand and know how to apply BSC-KPI at Department and individual levels;
- Support to develop KPIs at the Department and individual levels;
- Support to evaluate KPIs at the Department and individual levels.
