Main activities:
- Coordinate with the PMU in sampling and developing a survey plan;
- Train supervisors and enumerators on questionnaires;
- Implement and collect data in 4 pilot provinces and 17 control provinces;
- Clean questionnaires and data entry;
- Write a report.
The total number of survey samples is 5,400, including 4,800 households, 300 samples for village survey, and 300 samples for commune survey.
