Main activities:

Package 1: Research and assessment of Esoft’s organizational structure

• Research and assess the advantages and disadvantages of the current production and organization model, the management capacity of the production team, and the applicable salary system;
• Find out the relationship between the above characteristics with employee’s satisfaction level and the quality of service to customers;
• QFD analysis to find out the factors that most affect the quality of service to customers;
• A summarized report with proposed solutions to improve organizational capacity.

Package 2: Implement strategic initiatives on organizational development and the application of advanced management tools

• Develop a strategic map under the BSC model and a set of indicators to measure the performance of strategic objectives;
• Cascade corporate strategic goals into personal work goals, and develop a set of KPIs for measurement and assessment;
• Develop a functional matrix at the company level and department level;
• Finalize the job titles and job descriptions;
• Develop career roadmap for personnel;
• Develop 3P salary system;
• Develop a knowledge management system according to the competency framework management method;
• Develop a development strategy on organizational culture;
• Develop an internal communication strategy in the process of organizational transformation and development.
