Main activities:

• Evaluate the Project’s performance based on the set targets and project implementation progress;
• Evaluate the satisfaction level of beneficiaries with the services/activities provided by the Project;
• Synthesize, analyze the evaluation results, thereby, giving recommendations and lessons learned for the next phase;
• Determine the prevalence of existing problems through periodic Project monitoring;
• Assess the households’ satisfaction with the payment service of the Vietnam Post.
