Main activities:

• Complete the plan and put into operation the system: Workload management, Work performance assessment, HRM, and Salary management at Thygesen;
• Design additional forms;
• Design, complete, and put into operation HRM regulations: Recruitment, Orientation, Placement, Training, Assessment, Development, Appointment, and Salary payment;
• Train, guide, and support Thygesen HR staff and middle managers in HRM activities;
• Chair HR activities in case Thygesen HR staff is absent.
