Main activities:

• Assist the College in directing its short- term and long-term strategic priorities and goals through outstanding business analysis tools;
• Develop an action plan covering all areas of the College’s activities (management, human resources, market-oriented training, marketing, finance, income-generating activities, management system, and M&E system);
• Orient to develop a business plan and identify target customers for activities to generate income for BKVC;
• Develop a system of objectives/evaluation indicators/performance indicators for the strategic implementation stages.
