• Develop KPIs for the Company level;
• Develop KPIs for the Department/ Center/ Brand/ Representative Office level;
• Develop KPIs for the personal level;
• Develop the KPI Regulation for the Company.

2. Develop the salary “Function” to concretize the Salary Regulation:

• Analyze and suggest several options related to the salary “Function”;
• Develop and finalize the salary “Function”;
• Use guide the salary “Function”.
