Main activities:

• Develop Mission, Vision, Core Values for the Company in the period of 2019 – 2025;
• Complete a system of human resource management tools applicable to its office in Hanoi and its textile factory, including:

+ Completing the organizational structure, functional matrix, and job description for all job positions;

+ Develop the BSC-KPI system;

+ Develop the 3P salary system.

• Develop a system of management tools applicable to the whole Company, including:

+ Capacity framework;

+ Career roadmap;

+ Set of criteria for evaluating the corporate culture at the individual level.
