• Design a system of indicators to evaluate the strategy’s performance;
• Independent M&E of the strategy’s implementation results through each stage;
• Consult to develop action plans in the next phase;
• Implement the new governance systems and tools (competency frameworks, planning – M&E process/form) to improve the management and operation capacity of the College.
