• Conduct surveys and data collection in 5  development zones;
• Evaluate the performance of five program priorities and five organizational priorities in AAV’s National Strategy V (2012-2017);
• Make recommendations for AAV’s next stage national strategy development process on the basis of lessons learned from the implementation of  the CSP V for 2012-2017;
• Development of final evaluation reports of 3 Local Right Programmes.
