Main activities:

• Overall survey on the current situation on HRM, especially on the job descriptions and KPIs at NPTS;
• Develop, edit, and complete the strategic map at all levels;
• Standardize the organizational structure, reallocate the functions and duties of the departments (if necessary), and define the list of positions and competency standards for all positions;
• Develop, edit, and complete job descriptions for all positions;
• Develop, edit and complete the set of KPIs;
• Guide the assessment process according to the KPI by a management software.
