• Support to develop the BSC-KPI system and 3P salary system for the Corporation;
• Support 25 affiliated units and 3 subsidiaries to develop the BSC-KPI system and 3P salary system;
• Specific outputs include:

+ BSC-KPI system and 3P salary system at the Corporation level;

+ BSC-KPI system and 3P salary for 14 Boards of the Corporation;

+ BSC-KPI system and 3P salary for 25 affiliated units and 3 subsidiaries.
