    Transformation and Change Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (T&C Consulting) is a Vietnamese consulting firm specializing in providing organizational development services and enhancing management capabilities (in the form of consultancy, training and research) for enterprises, public organizations and non-governmental organizations in Vietnam.

    From its original team of only 3 members, T&C Consulting has built up a team of nearly 30 professional and active consultants and staffs. The company also possesses a network consisting of hundreds of collaborators who are lecturers, researchers and administrators working in universities, academia, NGOs and businesses across the country. Moreover, T&C Consulting has expanded its network of partners to developed countries such as European and American ones for collaboration in order to give customers the best value.
