Main activities:
Package 1: Research and assessment of Esoft’s organizational structure
- Research and assess the advantages and disadvantages of the current production and organization model, the management capacity of the production team, and the applicable salary system;
- Find out the relationship between the above characteristics with employee’s satisfaction level and the quality of service to customers;
- QFD analysis to find out the factors that most affect the quality of service to customers;
- A summarized report with proposed solutions to improve organizational capacity.
Package 2: Implement strategic initiatives on organizational development and the application of advanced management tools
- Develop a strategic map under the BSC model and a set of indicators to measure the performance of strategic objectives;
- Cascade corporate strategic goals into personal work goals, and develop a set of KPIs for measurement and assessment;
- Develop a functional matrix at the company level and department level;
- Finalize the job titles and job descriptions;
- Develop career roadmap for personnel;
- Develop 3P salary system;
- Develop a knowledge management system according to the competency framework management method;
- Develop a development strategy on organizational culture;
- Develop an internal communication strategy in the process of organizational transformation and development.
